Take value off the table, plan your transition and explore what comes next with Blue Aries Ventures.
Start with fit.
A direct conversation about your goals.
Help us understand service revenue, project commitments, customer concentration and the team delivering the backlog. We consider the operating requirements behind the financial results.
We generally consider businesses with $1M to $10M in annual revenue, with larger opportunities considered where the strategic fit is right. We have no fixed geographic target. Fit depends on the business, team and transaction.

Full acquisition
Explore a sale of the business with an agreed transition. Your timing and continuing responsibilities form part of the discussion.
Majority acquisition with retained equity
A majority sale may combine liquidity today with a continuing interest in future growth. We discuss the operating plan, your role and the rights attached to retained ownership. Future returns and an eventual exit are not guaranteed.
Any seller financing or deferred payment is considered separately from retained equity. The full terms should be reviewed with your own legal and tax advisers.
Keep the business moving.
Project handoffs, qualifying personnel, licenses and any bonding arrangements can affect continuity. Review the requirements with appropriate advisers early in the process.
Begin with a general business overview. If there is mutual interest, we agree a confidential process for more detailed information. Please do not include sensitive customer, employee or financial records in your first inquiry.
